Very comfortable and fully furnished with a nice living room, a kitchen and many windows. Bathroom with a bath, toilet and a washing machine.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with single bed. There is also a sofa that becomes a double bed. Both bedrooms have a door to the balcony.
The house is located in a small alley on 28th October street, and is therefore very quiet.
Suitable for long term renters, children are welcome, non smoking only, pets are not allowed, not accessible by wheelchair.
